What Is Talent Intelligent Management?

Talent Intelligent Management offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed to streamline talent management, training systems, and organizational communication.

The Challenge

#1 Addressing Diverse Roles within an Organization

Role definitions vary widely within an organization, encompassing HR, supervisors, and employees, each with distinct responsibilities and objectives. To meet these diverse needs, we provide an all-in-one system that supports different user roles with both client-side and server-side capabilities:

Use the client-side to access corporate news and complete daily tasks such as training, onboarding, and meeting personal KPIs.

Supervisors

Use the client-side to announce group news and track their team members' daily tasks, training, onboarding, and KPIs.

Use the server-side to design and oversee holistic talent management, training, and tracking programs, while maintaining records of employee status and competencies.

Admins

Use the server-side to access the announcement feature and share important
